Welcome to Italian Vega (italianvega.com). This website is operated by Voscro Enterprises (“we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in India. By visiting our website, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return & Exchange Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. About Us

Italian Vega™ is an Indian brand founded in 2021. Our clothing and watches are inspired by Italian fashion. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any Italian fashion house or other brand, and we do not claim our products are made in Italy unless a product page clearly says so.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the website under the supervision of a parent or guardian, and be legally able to enter into a contract.

3. Your Account

You may create an account to place orders and manage your details. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Please give accurate and current information, and tell us if you suspect unauthorised use. We may suspend or close accounts that give false information or break these terms.

4. Products and Descriptions

We try to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colours may look slightly different on your screen, and small variations in fabric, stitching or finish can occur. Please check the size guide and product details before ordering. Products are shown for sale in the quantities in stock.

5. Prices and Payment

  • Prices are shown at checkout and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping is free.
  • We may change prices, offers and discounts at any time, but the price shown when you place your order is the price you pay.
  • We may correct pricing or listing errors. If an order was placed at an obviously wrong price, we may cancel it and refund any amount paid.
  • Online payments are processed by Easebuzz, a payment gateway operated by GoKwik. Checkout is provided by GoKwik. We do not store your card, UPI or net banking details.

6. Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we dispatch it, and you will receive a confirmation by email or WhatsApp. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example because of stock issues, pricing errors, suspected fraud, an unserviceable address or an unverified phone number. If we cancel a paid order, we refund the amount paid.

7. Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available in India only. For some remote locations, partial COD applies: you pay ₹500 in advance, which is adjusted against your order total, and pay the balance on delivery. This advance is non-refundable for returns due to change of mind, size or fit, as explained in our Return & Exchange Policy. If you repeatedly refuse COD deliveries, we may stop offering COD to you.

8. Shipping, Returns and Warranty

Shipping, returns, exchanges, refunds and store credit are governed by our Shipping Policy and Return & Exchange Policy, which form part of these terms. In brief: delivery takes 3-5 business days in India and 5-9 business days internationally after dispatch; returns and exchanges are accepted within 10 days of delivery; refunds take 7 days after we receive the item; damage claims need an unboxing video within 48 hours; and watches carry a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

9. International Orders

We ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for providing a correct address, phone number and any ID the courier requires. We pay customs duties and import taxes on international orders, but delays caused by customs clearance are outside our control. It is your responsibility to make sure the products you order can be imported into your country.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for anything unlawful or fraudulent
  • Give false information, or use another person’s payment details without permission
  • Copy, scrape, or collect data from the website using automated tools
  • Interfere with the website’s security or operation, or try to access areas you are not allowed to
  • Place orders for resale or abuse our offers, returns or COD facility

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including the Italian Vega™ name and logo, product designs, photographs, text and graphics, belongs to Voscro Enterprises or its founder, or is used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission. The Italian Vega name is used as a trademark and is not yet registered. Using it without our consent may still be actionable under applicable law.

12. Customer Content

If you send us reviews, photos, messages or other content, you allow us to use it to operate and promote our business, and you confirm that you have the right to share it. We may remove content that is unlawful, abusive or misleading.

13. Beware of Impersonation and Fraud

Italian Vega’s only official website is italianvega.com, and our only official contact details are on this page. We will never ask for your card number, CVV, OTP, UPI PIN or passwords by phone, email, SMS or WhatsApp. If you receive a suspicious message claiming to be from us, do not respond, and report it to contact@italianvega.com.

14. Disclaimer

The website and products are provided as described, and we do not make promises beyond those in our policies and warranty. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that it will be free from viruses.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Voscro Enterprises is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the website or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under applicable consumer protection law.

16. Indemnity

You agree to be responsible for any loss or claim arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the website.

17. Third-Party Services and Links

Our website uses third-party services such as GoKwik, Easebuzz, Blue Dart, Delhivery, Meta and Google. They have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their actions or content.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows the latest version. Continuing to use the website after changes means you accept them. The terms in force when you placed an order apply to that order.

19. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh. Before taking any legal step, please contact us first so we can try to resolve your concern.
